Nancy Marshall, Director of the Property Management division, is on the
Faculty for the Property Management Academy, teaching courses in Property
Management that lead to the Professional Residential Manager certification.
Nancy is one of a select group to be asked to be on the Faculty for the Academy
from the state of Florida. Nancy has also served as an expert panelist on
Property Management issues at the Florida Association of Property Manager's
(FARPM) annual convention. Management Philosophies: Our residents

No Surcharge to Property Owners for Minor Maintenance:
We, at Thomas Kay Realty, assist our property owners
and residents by having independent qualified maintenance technicians handle any
necessary maintenance and repairs. To avoid a conflict of interest with
our property owners, we do not assess a surcharge to our property owners on any
maintenance or repair items, as we believe in passing these savings along to our
customers. We request that your tenants request all maintenance in
writing.

Realty uses the top property management software in the industry.
In most cases, we process rents the same day we collect them. Our property
owners receive detailed monthly statements each month showing all rental incomes
and disbursements, copies of bills are also included with the statements.
We also provide our property owners with a year end summary statement at the end
of each year, to give to their tax accountant. We take the
headaches out of owning investment property for our customers.
